CFC's six Reverse Mortgage Programs are designed to raise a senior's standard of living and enable them to remain in their own home for the rest of their life. We offer reverse mortgages through the Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Fannie Mae, and three (3) jumbo loan programs for higher valued homes.
A reverse mortgage is a unique loan program that enables senior homeowners that are age 62 and older to use their equity without creating a monthly payment obligation. The majority of our Reverse Mortgage Programs are guaranteed by the U.S. Government.
Frank Costa is the Director of the Reverse Mortgage Group at Continental Funding Corporation. Frank has been involved with assisting seniors and working with various elderly service organizations since 1989. Frank is the former head of one of the largest heating fuel assistance program providers for the elderly and needy residents of both Massachusetts and Rhode Island.
Frank has a Bachelors Degree in Finance from Bryant College, Smithfield, RI, and a Masters Degree in Business Administration from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, Wellesley, MA.
